Description of the goods or services required

This request for tender is published to invite suitable individuals or companies to submit proposals for the provision of Training, Audit, Event Management, PR & Design, website development, Publications, Practice Development, and return on investment to the Allied Healthcare Skillnet.We are seeking proposals for the delivery of services and training courses which represent excellent quality and good value for use of public funds.The contracting organisation will not be bound to accept any of the proposals received or may decide to enter into negotiations or discussions with one or more of the potential providers. An approved suppliers panel may be formed for any or all of the project services and courses. The tendering process will be assessed using the Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT1) methodologyPlease send a brief proposal, in the format of three hard and one soft copy to the address in the 'Official Purchasing authority address' section. Inquiries about this RFT will only be taken via e-mail to the address in the 'Return of documents' section. Please mark 'TENDER' on the outside of the hardcopy version envelopes.

3 Conditions for Participation

 

3.1

Minimum standards and qualification required

1. Details of Qualifications & Experience

2. Key Project Personnel: The proposal must identify each of the key individuals to be assigned or available to perform the training or consultancy services.

3. Programme Content: The proposal must include an outline of the proposed content, structure and format of training programmes or consultancy services within the overall outline for each programme details of the courses are in following section.

4. Programme Delivery: The proposal must contain a description of how the proposer intends to deliver the work with a particular focus on how outcomes will be achieved and measured.

5. Proposed Costs: These should be broken down as follows:

a. Cost of trainers x number of days for each programme (excluding VAT).

b. Other Miscellaneous Costs (including design and development costs, training materials, administrative costs and expenses if appropriate) for each programme (excluding VAT). Note: Allied Healthcare Skillnet will fund the cost of training facilities (premises, meals etc) and these costs should not be included in the proposal.

c. Specification of applicable VAT rates

6. Client References: A minimum of 3 client references (i.e. name, title, business name & address and contact number).

7. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate must be submitted with tender documentation and proof of public liability insurance.
